I am really psyched for all the new games coming out this year. All the new Smash Bros Brawls updates (smashbros.com) I cant wait.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix video game looks very good as well. And you can't forget Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime:Corruption.

My first review was scheduled to be of Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but I feel I need to do this game more justice. I have had a lot of playtime with it (46:34 to be exact) but I feel it needs more. I want this review to be just perfect. I plan, instead, to do a review on another launch Wii title, Excite Truck. Look for it in the coming week.

INTERNET CHANNEL UPDATE: OPERA BROWSER FOR WII

Since late December, Wii owners have been able to download a trial version of the Opera Internet browser. After receiving substantial and helpful feedback from consumers, friends and family members, Nintendo developers have made a number of improvements to the final version of the browser, including:

improved zooming and scrolling
an improved zoomed font
shortened startup times
quicker access to "favorites"
an ability to hide the toolbar
buttons that will instantly type common preset letters, such as "www" or ".com"
More details about these and other functions will be announced in the near future. To ensure that the browser incorporates all of these enhancements, the final version will be available for download in April, a few weeks later than previously announced. The browser will remain free for Wii owners to download through the end of June. After June, users who haven't already downloaded the Opera browser can go to the Wii Shop Channel to download it for 500 Wii Points.

Finally some new info on the final version of the Wii browser. No mention of tabs, maybe that will some in one of there updates. More on this in April when it is released.

Datel Gamecube/Wii Homebrew Device

Datel is releasing an SD media launcher that allows Gamecube homebrew to be played on any Gamecube/Wii with ease. There will be two packages available, 1GB and 2GB. Each one will contain an SD card, Media launcher CD, USB SD Card reader, and Gamecube SD Card adapter. The retail price will be around $50 and will be sold at major stores all around the countries.
No more shady online stores that I can't trust because I am not sure whether or not I will actually recieve my product. Hopefully it works ok.

NiGHTS into Dreams Sequel Coming to Wii [RUMOR]

A sequel to an ever popular classic Sega Saturn game may be making it's way to the Wii. Official Nintendo Magazine in the UK had a preview for the next month's magazine and it stated that they would be announcing a World Exclusive Wii game. It said that the picture was a clue as to which game it was. The picture was off a starry night sky and if the stars were connected correctly it would create a picture that resembled the main character from NiGHTS. This is purely rumor so as of now don't take it too seriously.

Personally I would love to see this game make a comeback on the Wii. Anything other than crappy low-budget post-holiday drought fillers. More to come on this when more news is released.

Play Flash Games with Wiimote on Opera Browser

The online arcade site,Wiicade.com, has added support for all the of the buttons on the Wiimote for use with their flash games. You can visit there website on the Wii browser and select a game. The in game instructions will tell you which buttons will be need and which way to hold the controller. All buttons (excluding the home button) can be used for a game. They have released an API that will allow you to add button support to your own flash games. This opens up millions of possibilities for new flash games to be played with the browser.
